Actually it can be just a pimple. It could also be a simple bacterial infection and can be treated with antibiotics and maybe some cleaning wipes. If they get worse take time to the vets. my friend has a rat terrier who had syptoms like that, he ended up having urinary acid burn, which means he was aly on himself, and licking the skin made it more raw. i would talk to your local vet they can probably help.
