Best is to see a dermatologist. They have many treatment available to remove/reduce scarring from pimples including chemical peel which used chemical to burn away the top layer of skin to reduce/remove the appearance of the scarring.Is it possible to shrink pores and take away pimple scars?
Your friend should see a dermatolgist. Only a doctor can answer that question accuratly
