What do I do for the black dots and pimple marks on my skin, inspite of trying lot of cream and drinking water

Have a good skincare routine that includes cleanser, toner, moisturizer, and sunscreen. Use a good exfoliating mask or scrub once a week. Wash your pillowcases with fragrance and dye free detergent, and change them once a week.

If possible, make an appointment for a facial + extractions with an aesthetician. It's a bit of an investment if you're on a budget ($50-$75 plus tip), but it's worth it to get a handle on problem skin. An aesthetician will evaluate your skin and make suggestions for your specific needs. What do I do for the black dots and pimple marks on my skin, inspite of trying lot of cream and drinking water
Good question!

If you're talking about scars, then you can't do much instead of use some scar creams. I have one from Neutrogena.

The black dots are blackheads which are cause because of an increase in production of sebum that fills your pores when it mixes with sweat and other stuff. You should try some cream facial masks that you leave on that get all hard because they worked for me a bit. You can also get a european facial from a spa that costs around 70 bucks and they extract it for you after a series of other treatments to the face.

Another option is facial peels as cosmetic treatment, but they're not permanent and pretty expensive because you have to keep going back. About a hundred dollars a treatment.

Hope this helped. What do I do for the black dots and pimple marks on my skin, inspite of trying lot of cream and drinking water
