Try proactive, it seems to help some people. If your acne is pretty severe you can see a dermatologist for topical creams or if appropriate, oral antibiotics.

Just to warn you ive tried toothepaste on a pimple before and it completely made things worse. it does work on some people but for others it make pimples bigger. if you do try it and it doesnt work try heating up honey and putting a little on your skin after taking a steam shower.
Toothpaste is supposed to dry pimples out.
TOOTH PASTE, regular. Clean your face with hot water and soap and then swab with rubbing alcohol. Twice a day. Keep your hands and hair clean and away from your face.
