Can u get a pimple or a stye on the under side of your eye lid?
my eye lid has been really sore in the corner of my eye towards the ear. so i pulled both the eye lids up and i saw what looked to be a small pimple or a stye. is this passable and will it go away on its own or should i go see an eye doctor?Can u get a pimple or a stye on the under side of your eye lid?

Neosporin on popped pimple or just keep open?
I just popped a pimple that was on the surface. Yes I already know you shouldn't pop them, blah blah blah. Now that it's popped there is just a red blood spot. Your age plays a role! How old are you? Do you always have breakouts?
However, acne can result from several factors such an increase in hormone levels. In males testosterone or androgens. In females, androgens respectively. The increase in androgen levels can stimulate the oil glands to become enlarged and thus more oil production is produced. An increased oil production can clog the pores with oil or sebum ( white thick substance) which cause the cell walls of the pores in the skin to breakdown. This process allows bacteria to form and thus breakouts develop.
Genetics may also be a cause. It is a myth that greasy food or chocolate causes breakouts.
However, using make-up sponges that are not changed or washed often can contaminate the pores with bacteria which may develop into acneic breakouts.
If you are a teenager ( which I assume that you are) your hormones play a definite role in your breakouts.
If you have severe breakouts than you might need medication. There are many factors.
The most important thing is that you need products that are AGE APPROPRIATE! Every age group has different products appropriate for them. If you are young than you need milder products as to not dry out your beautiful young skin.
The problem with commercial skin products is that they are manufactured for MASSES OF PEOPLE and are not specifically made for different peoples' needs.

It happens, just let it dry out for like 15 to 20 minutes. Once it's dry, you can apply neosporn or whatever that works best for cuts. once the scab builds up, do not remove it, let it fall off by itself. best thing for it is apply moisture once the scab have harden and give it time to heal.

well for starters maybe wash it well with warm water and soap and then put a special lotion called HERPECIN on it. U can find it at ure local pharmacy or drug store. It looks like chapstik but it helps clear it up relly quickly! It all depends how big the pimple is of course but if its not THAT big herpecin shud help clear it up by tmrw! It sure helped me! using toothpaste is not a stupid idea, it does work!
it may not work as fast as you want it but it does work.
clean your face with warm water, as warm as you can stand it, put the tooth paste on it not gel, paste and leave it overnight, wash it off in the morning and the pimple should reduce in size.

When I was young (maybe 18 years old), my whole face was covered with pimples. My Korean classmate told me to do this. Wash your face with soap (any kind of soap) like 6-7 times a day. E.g. 7am, 10am, 12pm, 3pm, 6pm, 9pm.

DON'T SCRUB!!!! It'll just make it worse. Leave it alone for like fifteen minutes. Dry it's tears cause you've been ATTACKING it :) Now if it is ready to be popped then gently get all of the gunk out of it. Now-a-days, Walgreens sells this ';ear wax removal tool'; which basically is this plastic thing that has a guard to prevent you from putting it too far into the ear, and it has a round ';circle'; piece on the end, which you are supposed to use to pull wax out of your ear canal, but dragging it across pimples works just as well as bobby pins do.
They also make this stuff for ear wax removal. It is carbonide peroxide (kind of like hydrogen peroxide, only less caustic). You're supposed to put like 5-10 drops in your ear and let the bubbles that result work the wax loose. Have someone put the toothpaste on the pimple with the Q-tip

S it normal for a pus filled bump/pimple to form over a surgical incision?
I had a cyst removed about 7 weeks ago. The surgical incision has healed. This morning when I woke up, there was a pus filled bump/pimple over an area of the incision. Is this normal or part of the healing process?S it normal for a pus filled bump/pimple to form over a surgical incision?

It turned out to be a staph infection, I had to have 2 more surgeries and stay in the hospital for a week. So go to the dr. right away and get anti-biotics. i wont really recommend toothpaste....i did that once and my pimple doubled in size..try putting on some pimple gel.Pimples usually go away on its own (if not disturbed). Pop it and u risk scarring your face.
Use clean%26amp;clear cleansers 3 times every day. It washes your skin AND prevents acne from coming. And it doesn't dry your skin one bit. But you can also use ice to get rid of the swelling on your pimple so it will be less visible. But don't try to use make up to cover your pimple because most cover up makeups have ingredients that pimples absorb. So the pimple can actually get worse. Put ice on it for about 5 minutes and you'll see results. Good luck.
