I have a big, red pimple that's not really like a pimple?

I have a very red pimple right in the middle of my upper chest (near neck) and I've had it for almost a month. I have tried almost everything one it: gels, creams, pimple stickers, etc. and they do not work. Also, the pimple is...empty. Nothing comes out of it when you try to pop it.


Any tips as to how to get rid of it?

Sounds more like a cyst huny. It shouldn't be anything to worry about but i would go to a doctor and ask about treatment! Hope this helps?
