Crazy but true a drop of visine will work.
I tried the ';soaking a cotton ball in warm salt water and pressing it on the pimple for 3 minutes'; tip that I found on here and it worked rather well.
it'll go down with time. just cover it up with make up.
Put ice inside a towel, or washcloth, and hold the ice on the pimple, it will reduce the swelling which will help the redness. Also if you put some Witch Hazel on a cotton swab or tissue and put it on the pimple about twice a day, it should go away in no time.
