Can u get a pimple or a stye on the under side of your eye lid?

my eye lid has been really sore in the corner of my eye towards the ear. so i pulled both the eye lids up and i saw what looked to be a small pimple or a stye. is this passable and will it go away on its own or should i go see an eye doctor? Can u get a pimple or a stye on the under side of your eye lid?
HOLY SH!T!!! that happened to my MOM!!! she doesnt know what it is either,Can u get a pimple or a stye on the under side of your eye lid?
im pretty much 100 percent sure you can get a stye in the inside of your eye..i did..it will go away on its own in a week or less..definitely not something to stress over
warm compresses, and gentle massage as much as possible, if it doens't go away in a couple of days, go see a doc.
My daughter when she was attending college got a whitish bump under her eyelid. It was more annoying then anything. She was getting very concerned she told me that she had if for at least a year and it just kept getting bigger. During a break time she came home and saw a Doctor. The doctor told her that there really wasnt anything that they could do for it. The doctor said that sometimes these go away on thier own and sometimes they can get bigger. My daughter was distraught by the doctors answer. I told her don't worry, I know that we can go to the health food store and get something for your eye that will take care of the problem. I am a firm believer in herbs. So we went and found a product called Health and Herbs Eye Rinse Formula 1036 . It is a formula by master herbalist Truman Berst

It comes in a 2 oz bottle with a dropper. It is a concentrated formula, so You need to purchase an empty bottle and dropper from the health food store also and some distilled water to mix drops in,and make a fresh batch every couple of days. I just add several drops to a couple table spoons of distilled water. I make the solution up so that you can feel it good with a slight sting in your eye, but not painful. My daughter used the drops several times a day for about a month and called home one day and was excited to tell me that it was completely gone. Another time my daughter in law had something wrong with her eye. She goes to the dr. for everything. the doctor gave her something for her eye and then she went home and looked the drug up on the internet and didn't like what she read about the possible side effects of the drug. So she didn't want to use it in her eye. I told her about the stuff that I had and told her the story about my daughters success with it. I told her that I was certain that it would take care of her eye infection also. I set her up with every thing she would need. A couple days later she called me and told me that her eye problem had cleared up. My husband uses it for eyedrops at work when his eyes get dry and sore because he works 12 hour shifts. He said that it really helps his eyes to feel better. So this is a general eye care solution. If you can find a health food store around, I would highly recommend this product. You can probably find it on the internet if you cant find it at a store.

Why does a pimple under your eyebrow send a shooting pain through your head when it is touched?

If you got one on the bridge of your eyebrows, like a deep one. Inbetween your eyebrows. Don't touch it! It will screw up your face for a couple of days. More so than any other kind. It makes you look kind of like a caveman and it ALL swells up.Why does a pimple under your eyebrow send a shooting pain through your head when it is touched?
I don't have a pimple under my eyebrow???Why does a pimple under your eyebrow send a shooting pain through your head when it is touched?
It's an ingrown hair. It will clear up - put some anti-bacterial cream on it.

Neosporin on popped pimple or just keep open?

I just popped a pimple that was on the surface. Yes I already know you shouldn't pop them, blah blah blah. Now that it's popped there is just a red blood spot. Should I leave this open or put neosporin on it for faster healing of the spot? I am aiming to get it gone or at least not as noticable in 3 days. I am hoping that is do-able. Thanks for the help!Neosporin on popped pimple or just keep open?
Put Cortisone cream on it! It will help soften it, take out the red and any scab will be gone in hours! Make sure you use a fair amount and rub it in well! Do it every few hours the first day and you should be perfect!Neosporin on popped pimple or just keep open?
you should definitely put something on it to kill germs
i'd recommend that you wash the area at least 3 times daily. pat is dry, don't rub. it would be best to apply some product like clearasil. neo is greasy and you need to keep the area dry so that the area can begin to air heal.
id use the neosporin, it can help prevent scarring and even though it will take longer to heal that way than if you used clearasil, it will look better in the long run.

You need to moisturise your skin to clear up the sweat, then use something like Benzac AC or ProActive to get rid of the pimples once and for all.My skin is normal but how can i get it softer and why am i getting pimple on my back and shoulders?

Your question is very broad and you need to get professional advice. I will explain why it's a broad question!

Your age plays a role! How old are you? Do you always have breakouts?

However, acne can result from several factors such an increase in hormone levels. In males testosterone or androgens. In females, androgens respectively. The increase in androgen levels can stimulate the oil glands to become enlarged and thus more oil production is produced. An increased oil production can clog the pores with oil or sebum ( white thick substance) which cause the cell walls of the pores in the skin to breakdown. This process allows bacteria to form and thus breakouts develop.

Genetics may also be a cause. It is a myth that greasy food or chocolate causes breakouts.

However, using make-up sponges that are not changed or washed often can contaminate the pores with bacteria which may develop into acneic breakouts.

If you are a teenager ( which I assume that you are) your hormones play a definite role in your breakouts.

If you have severe breakouts than you might need medication. There are many factors.

The most important thing is that you need products that are AGE APPROPRIATE! Every age group has different products appropriate for them. If you are young than you need milder products as to not dry out your beautiful young skin.

The problem with commercial skin products is that they are manufactured for MASSES OF PEOPLE and are not specifically made for different peoples' needs.

Your skin type is different than mine and your age differs from mine so how is it logical that we both use the same skin product for breakouts. We need different strengths of cleansers and toners. Do you kind of understand what I am getting at?

Here is my STRONG SUGGESTION for you. I refer all my students and patients to this website:

www.aboutyourskincare.com

You need to consult with professionals and on this website YOU CAN ASK QUESTIONS FOR FREE AND A SKIN EXPERT/PHYSICIAN WILL ANSWER YOUR QUESTIONS. It would be a shame if you dont take advantage of this free service.

Lastly, they have incredible products for breakouts and they make them specifically for every kind of skin type. That means that if your breakouts are more severe than mine, than while we both will buy the same product yours will have stronger ingredients than mine will.

They have a mild glycolic acid cleanser that's great for your type of skin and also a DRYING LOTION ( I have 3 bottles) that you put directly on your breakouts and the next day it's gone. It's truely magic in a bottle.

A basic guideline for properly taking care of your skin is this ( now if you're a young girl you will need fewer products than this):

Night time:

1. Exfoliate the skin

2. Mild Glycolic Acid Cleanser

3. Mild Glycolic Acid Toner ( cleans off the excess debris and balances the PH level of the skin).

4. Drying Lotion used only on breakouts

5. Moisturizer

Morning:

1. Mild Glycolic Acid Cleanser

2. Moisturizing cream

The above is a standard you may need to only use one or two products. Visit: www.aboutyourskincare.com

As I suggested and click on the ASK FOR FREE section send them an email and you will get free expert skin care advice.

What is the difference between a zit and a pimple?

Just curious.....What is the difference between a zit and a pimple?
although they're both the same, a zit is the one you're gonna poke around with, pinch and pop, and then end up with either a scar or pitting of the skin..

whereas you'll treat the pimple, wash more fastidiously ,and it'll go away in a couple of days. What is the difference between a zit and a pimple?
Nothing. It's like Kleenexes and tissues, different words but the same meaning.
there is no difference
its mainly the same thing except a zit is worser

  • How to end pimple prone skin caused by hormones and excess oil?

i would really love something that would completely make them disappear for good.my face is covered in blemishes and want them gone toHow to end pimple prone skin caused by hormones and excess oil?
hi...pimples wont last life long...so you need not worry much...they start disappearing once you turn 20...How to end pimple prone skin caused by hormones and excess oil?
Hi! I grew up with the same problem.

I actually blogged my theory on this months ago:

    http://yellowforthebluebirdie.blogspot.c鈥?/a>

Once I started taking care of my skin oppose to just trying to get rid of my acne, my face just cleared up. I am genetically prone to fairly bad acne at that.

Starting a facial routine will help assess if your acne is just there or if its caused by a lack of a facial routine. If it's still there after you take care of your skin, you should probably see a dermatologist. Check out my blog, I even post which products to use. Hope this helps.
