I have a small and new pimple near my lip, what should I do?

I can feel it gettting bigger and i dont want it to. what should I do?I have a small and new pimple near my lip, what should I do?
use a hot compress (a hand towel run under hot/warm water will do) and hold it there for a few minutes, do this for a few days and the pimple will come to a head, then you can pop it. the faster it comes up, the faster it goes away.I have a small and new pimple near my lip, what should I do?

grab some clearasil and whack it on it. otherwise pop it and hope it clears up in a couple of days.
