What's the best way to ease pimple soreness?

i have a pimple between my nose and lip. it is very sore, tender, and seems gigantic. any quick fixes to get rid of it or at least ease the soreness? What's the best way to ease pimple soreness?
Hold a warm washcloth on it to get it to finish forming quickly. Pop it with a clean pin, and then drain it and wash your face well. Repeat whenever it turns white.

For it being sore, you could ice it BUT itll slow down the process and your face will be red.

Best thing to do is get it out and overwith as quickly as possible. What's the best way to ease pimple soreness?
Well, if you are not leaving your home for a while, this will help you with the pain. Take a normal asprin and crush it between two spoons. Then add just a drop or two of water to make a paste. Put the paste on the pimple. The asprin is a pain reliever and will help with the pain and swelling. When you are ready to leave the house just wash it off. This will also work on a painful bug bite. Good luck.
try washing your face w/ lemon... :) it def works.
Use a tooth paste within flouride inside.
take a towel sink it in luke warm water then put one side in your pimple %26amp; just pass it jently.....just give little bit pressure then that white thing will come out ...wash it with soap free cleanser......
Put an ice cube on it, it numbz the nerve endings.
Yes. Try popping the sucker!
To ease it a little, take and aspirin and crush it in a small Tupperware container and add a little bit of water. It should be somewhat like a paste. Dab a little bit on the pimple and you should feel a little better. Also, it should be less noticeable. It will be less red and smaller. As for making it go away, there are many home remedies. You could put a hot rag on it, you could dab it with toothpaste every now and then, or overnight, dab some honey on it and if you can find a bandage small enough, put it over your honey-covered blemish.
