Like is not a sentence. How do I get a pimple off over night? ?
u cant ..... sry but no matter what u do it wont be gone overnight ( =
You cannot get rid of a pimple overnight.

Probably the most useful and effective things you can do are to apply hot compresses to pustules and cysts and never to pick or squeeze pimples. Playing with or popping pimples, no matter how careful and clean you are, nearly always makes bumps stay redder and bumpier longer.

Here are a few informative links with additional ideas about preventing and treating acne.

There are MANY acne medicines that WILL do the trick. But if you don't want to buy medicine then do the tooth paste trick, make sure it's mint paste and not gel.
Unfortunately, they won't just go away overnight typically. Because the skin is broken, it needs time to heal and readjust just like getting a papercut (our skin is like delicate elastic).

One home remedy I heard of was to use a dab of toothpaste. Not sure if that one works or not, but I am assuming the menthol in it has something to do with reducing the inflammation. You also may want to stay away from vitamin C for awhile if you have a breakout, as vitamin C is acidic and can create breakouts. It is entirely untrue about the ';no eating chocolate deal';...chocolate will not make you breakout. It just so happens that many women who are breaking out are on their period (which increased hormonal level can increase your breakouts as well) and women tend to crave a lot of salt and junk at that time.

For the very best treatments I recommend to go and see a dermatologist. Only a dermatologist can prescribe the best treatment out there (many over the counter topical treatments don't have much power) and can get you a good product to prevent future breakouts. There are many topical creams/ointments that dermatologists can recommend for you - but it is best to see one first as they will know the best treatment for your skin.

Uhmm...alot of people say there's nothing that can get rid of pimples overnight, but I think there's hope. :o) You should use the Pro Activ Refining Mask...you just put a dab on the pimple(s) you wanna get rid of before you go to bed, and keep it on when you sleep. But make sure to wash it off in the morning. I don't like pro activ's other products (they don't work fast enough and if you skip a day or two, you break out!! uck!) So, that's what I reccomend. Most pimples go away in a 1-4 day span, so bare with it if you can't get the refining mask fast enough! proactiv.com is where it is. good luck!! :o) oh, and here's a great site to learn about the truth about zits: truthaboutzits.com
put toothpaste on it overnite =]
Use toothpaste. Not the gels or other fancy ones. Just plain old toothpaste. Ti will dry it up.
