As long as you have very clean hands (washed with disinfectant soap) and clean nails (scrubbed with same), you can gently press the sides of the pimple using a tissue on either side.


If the spot is ready to come out, it should drain easily - but if it doesn't, don't force the issue - apply some toothpaste overnight and this will help to start drying it out.


If it does pop out, apply some antibiotic ointment or alcohol to the area afterwards to enhance healing and drying.
