How do i get rid of the redness from a dried up pimple?

its half dried up and in the center i still have a pimple however it is very small, The redness and dryness around it is what makes it appear bigger and i don't know how to really use the make up stuff like concealer so please something other than that...tomorrow is my first day of school and I really want to look better so if anyone can help me get rid of the redness for tomorrow (or at least make it look better) I would really appreciate it. :'(How do i get rid of the redness from a dried up pimple?
Here are some natural treatments for pimples :

1. Tea tree oil is a popular home remedy for pimple. It is an essential oil that is diluted and applied topically to pimple lesions.

2. Zinc is another popular home remedy for pimple. A couple of research studies have found that zinc is somewhat effective.

3. Garlic juice is an effective way as a natural pimple treatment because garlic is a natural antibacterial agent. It contains sulfur which is nature鈥檚 antibiotic.

4. Honey contains potassium, which suffocates bacteria in pimple cells to get rid of pimples faster.

5. Dandelion is very effective in fighting pimple. Use the complete dandelion plant.

Worry, stress and lack of sleep can upset the body and create pimple and skin problems. Try taking a shower before bed to relax yourself.

ice it for 5-10';, anti inflammatories, like motrin 600mg or Aspirin,

hydrocortisone cream, otc even if it says 10, it's 1%, so generic works fine. leave it alone. wash w mild/plain soap/water first. pat dry. wash hands. You're not the only one with a pimple. Others have major concerns they don't focus on. It will soon be forgotten and replaced w another one.
looks like you broke some tiny veins..

laser therapy.
