If you must open a pimple, wait until it comes to a head. Then, sterilize a very sharp needle with rubbing alcohol or a flame. Wipe the pimple with alcohol also. Then, gently open the head of the pimple with the point of the needle and apply gentle pressure. Be sure not to squeeze the pimple hard because you can spread the infection in your skin and you can also bruise the tissue. I

Wash your face and hands thoroughly with warm water and soap. You should wash your face with an acne cleanser. Using to cotton swabs, gently squeeze it. Apply some hydrogen peroxide right away. You should do this at night.. In the morning your pimple should be gone ;) I say, if it's not necessary, don't pop them at all!
