What can i do to reduce the redness of a pimple,ASAP?

anything that will help in like an hour or two?! this is an emergencyWhat can i do to reduce the redness of a pimple,ASAP?
1. dissolve a couple of asprin in a teaspoon of water and apply the paste directly to the zit. Asprin is an anti-inflammatory which brings down swelling (unless of course you are allergic to asprin).

2. Treat a zit with an on-the-spot acne treatment which also contains ingredients that reduce inflammation.

3. Shrink a pimple with an ice pack (since ice can be irritating, cover a few cubes with a washcloth, then hold the ice pack against your zit for about 10 minutes, its the sams concept as icing a swollen ankle)

4. use eyedrops to make the redness look less noticable in an instant (eyedrops are made to reduce the redness in your eyes, but they will do the same for a pimple. a couple of drops should do the trick)What can i do to reduce the redness of a pimple,ASAP?
cover up, blush
you can just kinda scratch the tip of it and it will like not bleed and you can just let it be a little moist but not red... hope this info helped you.
It sounds ridiculous, but put toothpaste on it and let it sit until you have to go out. Then clean off the toothpaste. It will suck the moisture and oil out and noticeably decrease the blemish.
Put cover up on it ASAP!:)!

HOPE IT WORKS!
Put toothpaste. Another rememedy is to put sugar mixed with water on it.
This Q and A has a number of remedies that sound interesting such as Visine or crushed aspirin applied topically.

Some times just regular old toothpaste will work if you are really in a hurry or baby ointment and if that doesn't work just cover it with makeup.
my sister has used toothpast and it worked for her. i also herd that you can use visine drops to reduce the redness.
lavender oil does the trick, it reduces the redness by quiet alot, leave the oil to soak in then cover with concealer...nobody will ever know it was there
