well i try poping this pimple on my nose thats really big but it wont pop. blood came out but it didnt pop its still on. i woke up and now its purple and i really want it off. any sugestions.How do i get rid of this pimple on my nose! HELP?
You have already made it much much worse by touching it.

It's big and swollen because it is infected, leave it alone and it will disappear in a few days if you pop it it may scar.
