Toothpaste is a miracle worker. Don't pop it cause you could get an infection and it can get worse. A dab of a regular/mild toothpaste like regular aquafresh (not the whitening ones, they burn your skin) on the pimple before bed will make it dry up and heal faster than doing nothing!
