You could try Neutrogena's ';Rapid Clear';, it works in as little as 8 hours and you have a variety of products to choose from: creams and pads.
Don't think I'm merely advertising Neutrogena, I also think that Clearasil's ';Ultra Pimple Blocker Pen'; is good for pimples that are just emerging.
I've tried both of these products, and they worked fairly well.
If you have a few more pimples, you might want to see a dermatologist, but this may take a while to set up an appointment and prescription acne medication costs a lot more.
If you're stuck at home, you can try some home remedies.
-Wet your face with warm water. Mash up the peel of an orange, mix some water, apply to the pimple. Leave on for a few minutes then wash with cold water.
-Overnight, you could put the juice of a lemon on affected areas. In the morning, wash out with water.
-Do you have any tea tree oil? This is an amazing, fast acting, natural way to get rid of pimples and other blemishes.
Here is another way.
Steam your face with hot water:
Fill your sink with very hot water, not boiling, though.
Get a towel and put it over your head. Now, put your face above your sink (which should have steam coming out) and leave for about 2 minutes. This opens your pores.
Now, drain the sink. Put some aspirin or acne wash on your face, then use an electrical toothbrush (that you won't be using again) to blend it in. Now that your sink should be drained, wash out with cold water.

Try daubing a little witch hazel directly on the pimple with a Q-tip. 3-4 times a day. Witch hazel is the active ingredient in Preparation H (eeeewwwwwww), which shrinks hemorrhoids. You can buy witch hazel in the drug store, it will be near bandaids and other topical treatments.
Apply a honey mask to your face once or twice a week. Honey has antibacterial properties so it is great for disinfecting and healing blemishes. It is also gentle on sensitive skin. More such solutions at http://solutionsforpimples.blogspot.com/
