How can i make a pimple not red?

i woke up this morning with a very red pimple. i have a party to go to at 5. how can i make it not red? or at least not noticeable?How can i make a pimple not red?
visine... and when you get home, take off your make-up and cover it in old-school WHITE toothpaste... there was an article in marie claire last month that said the old toothpaste-on-the-zit remedy doesn't work, but i swear it does i tried using the pro-active mask after reading that and nothing. went back to the toothpaste, though, and it dried it right up... try colgate total...How can i make a pimple not red?
visine. it takes the red out :) If you want your skin to look flawless, use a good concealer AND foundation so it blends. try Origins next of skin foundation with their concealer, to use ON TOP.

if you don't like liquids, try bare escentuals. Their multi-tasking minerals, applied with the concealer brush, and then the kabuki brush all over. Then the kabuki brush all over with their powder foundation. You can use for under eye darkness too, and the stuff works wonders. But you have to have the right brush for it to work right :)
Put an ice cube on it. Then use foundation followed by Clinique cover up.
