The neutrogena clear bar is great for clearing up the complexion of the skin and preventing future pimples. I have been using it for about a year now and have noticed a lot of the scarring I had in my cheeks is gone. a simple solution to help it along is Vaseline intensive care lotion. i think you'll find that it helps with many skin ailments. and it's cheap.
now to trouble shoot acne and/or pimples. these growths usually show up when your body needs help to catch up on getting rid of waste. a simple laxative like ex-lax or a cup of prune juice will solve the problem.
