Pimples are really hard to get rid of. They are even harder to prevent! Pimples are caused by hormones. Your best bet to prevent them is to wash your face with a mild cleanser at least twice a day. My dermatologist suggested Purpose Soap. It is mild and won't dry out your skin.
Also, when you first feel one ';growing'; under your skin, be sure to keep that area of your face dry and clean. You can use an over-the-counter cream such as Clearasil. Just apply a small amount directly on the pimple twice a day.
As far as getting rid of them, continue to use the Clearasil cream. If that doesn't work, you can see your dermatologist about getting prescription medication that may be more effective.

let me add to the first answer here a bit. do this before bed.
you need a gentle facial clanser or a mild bar soap like Ivory, hydrogen peroxide, cotton ball or swab, neosporin (cream is better than ointment) and a small bandaid
first, wash your face with a mild soap. pat dry gently with a soft towel.
next you want to put peroxide on the cotton ball or swab, to put it on the sore. you want to wet it well, and you should see the sore turning white in places. this means the peroxide is bringing oxygen in.
dab it with another clean cotton ball or swab till dry
then put just enough of the neosporin to cover the sore, cover the whole thing with the bandaid, and go to bed!

out of your skin, and what happends when that occurs? your
skin goes into over time trying to reblimish the lost oil
and doubles the amount, your pores open up more to get more of the oil out and air in so let me help you
Ah ok well my mother had the same problem as you,
and let me tell you what she did to make it stop,
this is a home treatment of course, the only thing
you may need to buy is a lemon if you dont already have some in the fridge,
what you want to do is get some lemon and squeez that
sucker into a tiny bit of honey, and mix that all together, put that
into the area where you want treated and wait 5-10 mins and than wash off,
the lemon works great as a toner and as we all know toners are
great for tighthing the skin and even better for your pores to look
smaller, the honey helps as an evener, it will even out the uneven
skin tone and also sooths the skin,This teachique not only destorys the pimples you already
have but it also helps prevent them from coming up again,Drinking alot of water

the best thing is to go to the dermatologist ive tried stuff and they somewhat work but the dermatologist will be able to tell you whats best for your skin type if you dont want to go to the dermatologist which is still the best bet becasue they also clean your face when you go . you can try proactiv

put a little bit of honey on it. It will clean it out and is also good so that it doesn't leave a scar. Just put some on and leave it on for 10 to 20 minutes and then clean it off and it shouldn't be there the next day. and if that doesn't work then crush up some asprin and add it too the honey and then put it on the zit for 10 to 20 minutes.
buy a bunch of likely looking zit zapper treatments and see which one works. seriously.

Toothpaste is a miracle worker. Don't pop it cause you could get an infection and it can get worse. A dab of a regular/mild toothpaste like regular aquafresh (not the whitening ones, they burn your skin) on the pimple before bed will make it dry up and heal faster than doing nothing!

Probably the most useful and effective things you can do are to apply hot compresses to pustules and cysts and never to pick or squeeze pimples. Playing with or popping pimples, no matter how careful and clean you are, nearly always makes bumps stay redder and bumpier longer.

Only a dermatologist can prescribe the best treatment out there (many over the counter topical treatments don't have much power) and can get you a good product to prevent future breakouts. The products you are using, are they Salsylic Acid or Benzoyl peroxide? BP can be VERY drying. I personally like SA better. Salsylic acid it really good. It is in almost all acne washes. Benzoyl Peroxide is too drying for me! Try finding a face lotion with SA in it. Clean and Clear has a good moisturizer with SA and it helps keep pimples at bay. It is only about $5 a bottle and lasts about 2 months and you can get it at your local store. I have used this in the past and it works well. Personally, I use Biore products (which you get over the counter. Their products range from $5-$10). They are harsh on pimples, but not on your face.

And then 3-4 day s a week I use Biore purging pore cream scrub. For body acne I use Neutrogena acne body wash I never break out on my body. It gets 110 in summer so sweat in inevitably, yet I never break out. Give it a try. All of it is cheap too. About $5-10 depending on what you buy! I think you will just need to experiment with products until you find what works for you. Remember, it can take 1 month for products to fully begin working! ok, first steam your face, towel over your head over hot water, for about 25 minutes.
then take an aspirin, the strongest one. break it up and mix it with a tiny bit of water to a paste. keep dabbing it on the pimple.

urm, well i you should wash the area where it is, and then if you have sharp nails (dont suppose you have if you are a boy) squeeze the pimple, but if you dont have sharp enough nails, dont try to squeeze it, just wash it well with soap

Na, look there's no other way I know of anyway. Just SQUEEZE IT. And do it now before it's too late. The earlier the better. Or cover it up with some girly cream.

those are bad for your skin and hair.....go on walgreens and search natural shampoo...pick one that doesnt have a lot of harful chemicals try it out for 3 weeks and see if your skin clear up...also milk is rly bad for people with acne....try not eating a lot of milk products foe 3 weeks...
oh and baby shampoo works well and is gentle and doesnt cause acne... your conditoner shouldnt break you out at all just condition and then soap after :}

ok, first steam your face, towel over your head over hot water, for about 25 minutes.
then take an aspirin, the strongest one. break it up and mix it with a tiny bit of water to a paste. keep dabbing it on the pimple.

The products you are using, are they Salsylic Acid or Benzoyl peroxide? BP can be VERY drying. I personally like SA better. Salsylic acid it really good. It is in almost all acne washes. Benzoyl Peroxide is too drying for me! Try finding a face lotion with SA in it. Clean and Clear has a good moisturizer with SA and it helps keep pimples at bay. It is only about $5 a bottle and lasts about 2 months and you can get it at your local store. I have used this in the past and it works well. Personally, I use Biore products (which you get over the counter. Their products range from $5-$10). They are harsh on pimples, but not on your face.
Personally, Proactive didn't work for me. I have been using Biore products for over a year and I hardly ever break out! Occasionally I will get one or two, but nothing bad. I use Biore Ice Cleanser for acne and Biore warming facial scrub every morning for blackheads (This stuff works. I notcied a DRASTIC difference in my blackheads being GONE within 2 weeks) . And then 3-4 day s a week I use Biore purging pore cream scrub. For body acne I use Neutrogena acne body wash I never break out on my body. It gets 110 in summer so sweat in inevitably, yet I never break out. Give it a try. All of it is cheap too. About $5-10 depending on what you buy! I think you will just need to experiment with products until you find what works for you. Remember, it can take 1 month for products to fully begin working! Good Luck!

I am confused, did you cut yourself recently there and it's still trying to heal or you cut yourself awhile back? Either way it might very well be a cold sore. If that's the case get some Abreva from a drug store. If the cold sore comes back it could be an chancre referring to herpes, if that happens seek medical attention immediately.
A cold sore. Viral/Bacterial infection... most likely due to the injury. Seek medical attention. Or try ';bbreva'; Sold in CVS or Walgreens. It is an antiviral/antibiotic that will clear it up in 48-72 hours. (it's expensive, about $20 for one treatment)

since i am not pail face. but if u do use the tinted kind make sure u are not gonna wear anything that is white.

trust me on this one, go to the store and buy selsun blue medicated in comes in a blue bottle wash your back with that pimple will be gone in a week!!! you can also use it on your face but dont rub hard and avoid getting in your eyes/mouth........great stuff !!!!
I usually use hand sanitizer for any breakout. The alcohol in sanitizer dries the oil in the infected breakout and if you get a type with a lotion inside it will soften the skins at the same time.

Do you keep his food and water in plastic bowls? If so, try switching to metal. My cats had dry irritated skin and lost some hair on their chins a few years ago and someone told me to switch to metal bowls. I don't know what it is about the plastic that does it. I don't recommend using any kind of soap for your face. I recommend what I use: Coonobabe
I use a cleanser/toner combo
for cleanser, I've used either the Flor de Clava, Pepino(cucumber based), or Kepaya (papaya based). Followed by the Savila toner. The seng %26amp; sang is also good, the mandarin is a little harsh.
After washing with cleanser pat dry with clean towel, then apply toner and allow to air dry. On hot/humid days I repeat this but it's worth it keeps my skin clean to the touch. Hope this helps

ok... don't force the pimples to pop and if gentle pushing won't do... stop.. it could cause major scarring... and look for something that doesn't have alot of oils that will leave your face really greasy (lotion, and other things that have tons of oils) id its really an issue see a dermatologist. just trial and error might work to see which product is the best.. if anything just try an spot treatment for scne from walmart and work from there.
I'd recomend Noxzema cleaning pads.Thats what I use and it works great.I barley have any zits at all and the ones I do have are small and unnoticable.When I first started using them I started seeing results in one week.Not only that, but it only costs $5.00 per container.Each container has 90 pads.

Visine is supposed to help with the redness and inflammation.
Don't squeeze or pick, makes bacteria spread. If it's giving you a headache, I would take an anti-inflammatory med and lay down with cool cloth on my forehead.

put toothpaste on it befofe bed.in the morning wash it off.
you can buy a little metal tool that will remove them. it has a circle on each end with a whole in the center, one whole is bigger than the other, for bigger and smaller pimples. you press the whole up against the center of it, it hurts like hell, but after that it should be gone, a little while thing will pop out, itll have a tiny scab, but itll be gone in about a day. i suggest you do it after a bath, it doesn't bleed as much then (it works by squeezing, but it doesnt leave a scar)

I tried hydroquinone creams to remove the pimple scar discoloration and 3 laser theraphy sessions but it just burned the discolored areas and made it worse. You need to go for a back facial Yves Rocher offers one at a resonable price. The facial will remove any blackheads or whiteheads and regular treatments will help to prevent futher breakouts. Also there is a product that they sell botanical scrub in a green jar. Put this on, let dry, then wash off in a hot shower. Use about one time per week till clear.
These two things combined should help you. Also you can look to your diet to help clear things up quicker.

Try washing your face with chlorinated water or/and dab a bit of toothpaste on it before bed every night.
Also wash your face 3 times a day with daily scrub stuff. The best I have found is stuff be Aveno.
Use tea tree oil, or products with salicylic acid or benzoyl peroxide. You might want to try using deep cleansing mask or aspirin mask. I find hydrating mask help to calm down pimples too. They all work on me.
Do not touch your acne affected area and practise good cleansing regime
