although they're both the same, a zit is the one you're gonna poke around with, pinch and pop, and then end up with either a scar or pitting of the skin..
whereas you'll treat the pimple, wash more fastidiously ,and it'll go away in a couple of days.What is the difference between a zit and a pimple?
Nothing. It's like Kleenexes and tissues, different words but the same meaning.
