How to get rid of a diffucult pimple?

i usually never get pimples mabey a little one one in a while but all of a sudden i woke up a couple of days ago and this huge pimple was on my nose it is very sore when i touch it and my skin is really dry right now how to cure it how long will it take for ot to go away!!!!!!!!!!!! wat can i do to make it go awayHow to get rid of a diffucult pimple?
Once pimples get to a certin *spell check* size creams and oitments just wont do. I know it hurts (from experiance) but popping it will get rid of it right away and once its done, its gone. Trust me you'll be glad you did after you did it.How to get rid of a diffucult pimple?

i wont really recommend toothpaste....i did that once and my pimple doubled in size..try putting on some pimple gel.Pimples usually go away on its own (if not disturbed). Pop it and u risk scarring your face.
Use clean%26amp;clear cleansers 3 times every day. It washes your skin AND prevents acne from coming. And it doesn't dry your skin one bit. But you can also use ice to get rid of the swelling on your pimple so it will be less visible. But don't try to use make up to cover your pimple because most cover up makeups have ingredients that pimples absorb. So the pimple can actually get worse. Put ice on it for about 5 minutes and you'll see results. Good luck.

Put hot compresses on it and use Persagel, it is made by clean and clear and works very well to get rid of it.
Be very careful NOT to try and pop it because of infection. If it gets really painful, it may be already infected- so you may wanna see someone. Ibuprophen will help with swelling. Good luck.
